Top Tower Defense Games in France: Q2 2025 Performance

In the second quarter of 2025, the tower defense game genre in France saw some interesting trends on the unified platform, combining data from both iOS and Android. Here's a look at the performance of the top five games, courtesy of Sensor Tower.

TDS - Tower Destiny Survive from SayGames LTD experienced a significant increase in weekly downloads, starting at around 7K and reaching nearly 14K by the end of June. Revenue saw a peak of approximately $2.2K in the last week of June, while weekly active users rose steadily from 32.8K to over 52K.

Dice vs Monsters: Roguelike TD by HOMA GAMES showed a declining trend in downloads, dropping from 6.9K to just over 2K. Revenue also decreased, starting at $3.5K and ending at $1.5K. Active users followed a similar decline, reducing from 6.9K to 3.4K.

Plants vs. Zombies™ by Electronic Arts maintained a steady download rate, averaging around 4K weekly. Revenue remained stable, with minor fluctuations around $200. Active users fluctuated but showed a recovery towards the end of the quarter, rising to 24.6K.

DDDigger from treeplla Inc. experienced a peak in revenue of $1.4K in late May, with a gradual decline to $593 by the end of June. Downloads decreased from 4.8K to 2.3K, while active users showed a slight decline from 9.3K to 6.1K.

Wittle Defender, a newcomer from HABBY, launched in June and quickly generated significant revenue, peaking at $24K. Downloads started strong at 18.6K and tapered to 6.3K by month-end. Active users also saw an initial rise, peaking at over 21K before settling at just under 10K.
